Project managed all new Telco facilities for the markets new Interconnect trunk groups. Consistent with submitting orders in several markets within the Central Region using Web Xing Granite Database, Remedy & TIRKS. My responsibility as the program project manager was to develop, joint DS3 requirements and securing cost quotes from suppliers, designed circuit’s end-to-end and ordering facilities for trunk groups to connect switches to the public switch network. Saved the company $50,000 dollars by locating old circuits that were on the weekly report listed as a disconnect. Markets of Responsibility were Houston, Kansas, & Oklahoma. Documenting the business needs of the Project by ordering all type of ckt’s such as: DSO, DS1, & DS3’s onto Frame relay equipment, ISDN or DSM. Managed the XNG databases of circuit inventory and ordered information while building segments and paths. I also work with regional engineering and Network Operations Center staff to identify equipment information using Granite from an end user perspective. Updated FOC information into granite, CTS and Microsoft excel.

Project Managed the Resale project and created ASR’s & LSR’s to submit and receive FOC DD from various LEC’s such as Bellsouth Café’, SBC Tool Bar, Verizon, QWEST IMA & Sprint. Planed & designed end-to-end DS0, DS1, DS3’s circuits & Ported TN’s for various end users. Resale conversions such as: BBL, Centrex, DID, PRI, BRI, Two-way trunk. WFA was used to determine the Facility Assign by the LEC. Also, responsible for port mapping OC3’s while updating database with FOC information for the switch. Coordinated orders from the initial stage to completion.
